Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground chicken, turkey, or beef
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Burger Seasoning
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Caesar Dressing, prepared
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) hot sauce
  • 1 C (250 ml) shredded romaine
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) julienned carrot
  • 8 mini slider buns, split and toasted
  • 1/2 English cucumber, sliced

Preparation


 
  • In a bowl, combine first three ingredients. Form mixture into eight slider patties.
  • Grill over medium-high heat with lid closed for 2–3 minutes each side, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F (74° C).
  • In a small bowl, combine Caesar dressing with hot sauce.
  • Place romaine and carrots on bottom halves of buns; top with patties. Spoon half the Caesar dressing on top; cover with top bun halves.
  • Serve with cucumber slices and remaining dressing for dipping.
